Paper Abstract:

Technology strategy implementation creates such a deep impact over the organizations that it is normally established as part of planning and management strategies, which is produced for the behavioral knowledge management. In order to reach the established goal is necessary the acceptance that ambitious purposes definitions and radical changes are a long-term necessity. The available internal resources need to pass through a reevaluation, probably creating multidisciplinary groups which have the following behavioral features: goals, persistency, planning, and commitment, which are the mobilize SMARTS (Specific, Measured, Achievable, Reachable, Timed, and Satisfaction). |
